House Rules

The rules below apply to all guests of Park Hotel Bellevue and to the whole complex, including the forest park. Please read them before you arrive.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: until 11:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Children and pets

• Children under 6 stay free of charge. Children aged 6 to 11 pay 50% of the adult rate. This does not apply to the Family Room, which has one fixed price for two adults and two children.
• Pets are welcome, up to 10 kg, for a fee of €10 per night.
• Pets must be kept on a leash throughout the complex.

Payment and cancellation

• Accepted payment methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro), cash, bank transfer, contactless payments, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay and others) holding a compatible Visa or Mastercard card.
• Deposit: 30% of the total booking value in July and August. No deposit is required outside the peak summer season.
• Cancellation: free of charge 14 or more days before the arrival date. With shorter notice, the first night is charged in full.

In your room

• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Rooms are non-smoking: the building is fitted with a fire alarm system.
• Cooking and heating appliances other than the room's standard equipment may not be used.
• Ironing is only permitted in the designated area by reception, not in the room.
• When you leave your room, please switch off the lights, TV and air conditioning. The air conditioning cools the room again within about 5 minutes, so there's no need to leave it running while you're out.
• Visitors aren't allowed in guest rooms.

Dining

• Food and drink are consumed in designated areas: the restaurant and around the pool.
• Breakfast buffet is served every morning between 8:00 and 10:00.
• Food taken outside the restaurant and pool area is charged at restaurant prices.
• Food and drink brought in from outside may not be consumed in the restaurant or around the pool.
• Recommended dress in the restaurant: smart casual; swimwear and wet clothing aren't permitted.

Pool and leisure

• A lifeguard is on duty at the pool every day between 8:00 and 17:00.
• Pool towels are available at reception for a small fee. They're for use on the sunbeds around the pool and may not be taken off the premises.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours, 14:00 to 16:00 and 23:00 to 07:00.

Security and property

• The complex's common areas and car park are under CCTV, for the security of guests and their property.
• Park Hotel Bellevue isn't liable for valuables, cash or documents that haven't been left for safekeeping in the reception safe.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damaged or lost hotel property. Damage is charged at market price.
• If you notice suspicious individuals, please inform the duty manager immediately.
• In the event of fire, stay calm, inform hotel staff, and leave the building following the signage and evacuation plan.

Services and connectivity

• Free Wi-Fi covers the whole complex, except for the forest park.
• For additional services, please speak to reception staff.

Conduct in the forest park

• Don't light fires in the forest park, including in the barbecue areas, without the knowledge and permission of the complex's management.
• Dispose of waste only in the bins provided throughout the park.
• The adventure park courses may only be used in the presence of an instructor, and always with the safety equipment we provide.

Management, Park Hotel Bellevue
